Oh! My beloved King

We are so lucky to be born

In this peaceful and wonderful country,

And we Bhutanese are so lucky

To have a kind and helpful King.

My beloved King

You are like our father

Who takes care of us

From the core of your heart.

You are so kind and helpful to all

Especially to the poor people.

You don’t leave any one of us behind

When we suffer a lot,

You give enough health care

And enough education

To all the young children,

So we thank you a lot.

You are the King

Who always think of happiness

And be good for others,

You have ruled our country

And brought peace and

Happiness to our country.

You have cared our culture

And didn’t let it down,

God bless you always

I pray from my heart.

Wish you a happy wedding

Be a good and best ruler forever.
